Can I fully white-label this?
Yes. The firewall manager, DDoS dashboards and customer-facing tooling run under your domain, logo and colours. Reverse DNS and IP space are yours too. Your customers never see the NorwichDC name.
Is there an API, and does it work with WHMCS?
Everything in the panel is available over a REST API with scoped keys — provisioning, firewall rules, DDoS profiles, usage and webhooks. It is built to wire straight into WHMCS or your own billing and automation.
How does pricing work at volume?
Wholesale, by application. Rates improve with volume and commitment, billing is flat and predictable, and setup fees drop to zero at scale. Tell us your shape and we will build the commercial deal around it.
Can I bring my own IP space and run BGP?
Yes. Announce your own /24 over BGP sessions with us, or lease IPv4 from our pool if you would rather not. We provide blended transit, peering and cross-connects up to 10/100Gbps.

Can I start small and scale up?
Yes. Begin with a handful of servers or a part rack and grow into full racks and private cages in the same facility, without changing provider or re-papering the whole agreement.
Where is the facility, and can my staff get access?
Our own Long Stratton facility near Norwich — UK-owned infrastructure you can sell on for data sovereignty and GDPR. Your staff can arrange escorted access, and our remote hands cover anything you cannot attend for.
