About NorwichDC
We built the data centre we always wished we had.
NorwichDC is an owner-operated facility in Long Stratton, Norfolk. We built it for EUGameHost — to stop renting space in other people’s data centres — and then opened it up to everyone who wants infrastructure run by the people who actually own the hardware.

Our story
We got tired of renting other people’s data centres.
NorwichDC started as a problem we kept hitting. As EUGameHost grew, our game servers, panels and customer workloads lived inside other people’s data centres — which meant we inherited their outages, their ticket queues, their hardware decisions and their pricing games. When something broke, we were a line item in someone else’s support backlog.
- So we bought the hardware, leased the network, and fitted out our own facility.
- We put it in Norfolk, close to home, where we could physically stand behind it.
- Then we opened the doors — colocation, dedicated servers and VPS for everyone else who was tired of the same thing.
Who we are
Built for EUGameHost. Opened to everyone.
We are not a reseller stack or a faceless platform. We are a small, owner-led team that designs, buys, racks, cables and operates the infrastructure ourselves — the same infrastructure that runs EUGameHost every day. When you host with NorwichDC, you are on the hardware we trust our own business to.
Operators, not resellers
We own the hosts, the network and the building. There is no middleman between you and the people fixing the problem.
Built for real workloads
Born out of running game servers and busy platforms, the facility is tuned for the things people actually run — not a spec sheet.
Local and accountable
We are in Norfolk, UK. You can visit the facility, meet the team, and get the same person on the phone the next time you call.
The team
The people behind the racks.
A deliberately small team that knows every part of the stack. No layers, no scripts — the people who built NorwichDC are the people who run it.

Aaron
Founder
Aaron founded EUGameHost and, later, NorwichDC. After years of running hosting infrastructure inside other people’s data centres — and inheriting their outages, queues and pricing games — he set out to build a facility the business could genuinely stand behind. He still signs off on the hardware we buy and stays close to the customers who rely on it.
-
William
Chief Technology Officer
William leads the technical side of NorwichDC — the network design, the DDoS mitigation, the virtualisation platform and the day-to-day engineering of the facility. If a packet moves through our building, William has had a hand in how. He is the one turning “we should host this ourselves” into racks, fibre and uptime.
What we stand for
How we choose to run things.
The reasons we built our own facility are the same reasons people move to us. These are not slogans — they are the rules we run the business by.
-
We own the whole stack
Hardware, network and building are ours. That means no finger-pointing and no waiting on a third party when something needs fixing.
-
We don’t oversell
Resources you pay for are resources you get. We size honestly because we run our own production workloads on the same hardware.
-
We answer the phone
Support comes from the engineers who run the facility — not an outsourced first line reading from a script in another time zone.
-
Protection is built in
30Tbps+ DDoS mitigation is part of the network, not a surcharge. We protect everything because we have to protect ourselves.
-
We build for the long term
We invest in the facility for the next decade, not the next quarter — so the place your workload lives keeps getting better.
-
You can come and see it
It is a real building in Norfolk you can visit. Book a tour, meet the team, and put faces to the infrastructure you depend on.
